When recently asked for his advice on making good career choices, he said, “When you think about where you want to go to work, you should really think about what you want to do, not what seems fashionable or prestigious at the moment. It’s important, right from the start of your career, to do what you enjoy. It should be fun. If it’s not fun, it’s not worth it.”
Throughout her career, Alisha has developed a reputation for turning complex operational challenges into streamlined, repeatable systems. Managing Uber Luxury operations gave her direct experience coordinating drivers, managing client expectations, and optimizing workflows under pressure. At NexPoint, she oversees daily operations, ensures every partnership meets its SLA commitments, and serves as the direct point of accountability between the client and the delivery team.
