We structure partnerships around your needs. Typical contracts are 12 months with performance guarantees (typically 99% on-time delivery). We require minimum volume commitments to ensure we can allocate dedicated capacity, but we're flexible on structure based on your business model.

Dedicated route coverage accounts for your normal volume. If you have seasonal peaks, we can discuss overflow handling through our flexible capacity layer. We can also adjust capacity seasonally with proper notice.

We're currently building dedicated route coverage across Florida and the Southeast, with focus on major e-commerce and healthcare logistics hubs. We're open to expanding routes based on partnership needs.

You get real-time visibility into dispatch operations, daily performance reporting against SLAs, and direct communication with our operations team. We're transparent about performance.

Yes. If you want to manage the customer relationship but need professional dispatch coordination, we can structure a white-label arrangement. This works well for 3PLs and logistics providers.

Once we've signed a contract and finalized logistics requirements, we typically can have operations live within 2-4 weeks. We move fast, but we do it carefully.
