Her experience managing complex projects, coordinating teams, building structured systems, and operating within fast-paced professional environments has translated seamlessly into executive operations leadership.

Alisha plays a critical role in company structuring, operational development, asset management, team leadership, and human resources, helping to create streamlined processes that support NexPoint Logistics’ daily operations and long-term vision. Her ability to manage people, oversee organizational growth, and maintain operational excellence ensures that the company continues to operate with professionalism, accountability, and strategic direction. Alisha brings 9 years of hands-on experience managing complex logistics and luxury transport operations at Uber. Her background isn’t in theory. She joined NexPoint to build something more structured and long-term, bringing her operational discipline to a contract-first logistics model designed for reliability.
